How-to guide to getting started

#1 JOIN OUR PRIORITY LIST

Please complete a new client appointment request form to request an appointment.

We will request some background information from you in order to establish if we can offer the services that you are seeking.

When a place becomes available for an initial consultation, we will contact you via phone.

#2 BOOK APPOINTMENT

We will book you in as soon as possible for an initial consultation (1 hour duration) in order to:

  • gain background information

  • interact with and observe your child

  • clinically assess your child

  • recommend what further assessment or referrals are needed

You will receive SMS and email confirmation of the appointment

#3 ASSESSMENT/ REPORT

Standardised assessment may be recommended. This will take between 1-3 sessions (45 minutes duration each) depending on the nature of the assessment.

The therapist will advise you if a written report is also indicated (1 or 2 billable hours depending on the number of assessments).

#4 FOLLOW-UP/ THERAPY

Where it is indicated from assessment, your child will be offered a consistent weekly or fortnightly therapy time slot (45 min sessions).

We strive to allocate you the most appropriate therapist based on your child’s needs and the therapist’s experience.

Priority listings apply. You will receive email reminders for appointments.
